- Pricing Error Policy
- If we found any errors on the price for any items listed in Aloe Vera Malaysia.com, we reserved the right to amend the price of the products even the order has been paid. We will request buyers to confirm again if they agreed to the newly revised prices. If they do not agreed to the revised price, order will be cancel and money will be refunded to buyer in full.
- Goods Sold are not Refundable or Returnable. Due to the setting and resolution of the monitor, the colour of the physical item might be slightly different with the picture.
- All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.
- Please allow 2 to 3 working days to prepare the product delivery after payment. A confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent out once item has been posted out.
- Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself.
- We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
- Damages Missing Items
- We will check and ensure all items are in good condition before send out.
- If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, kindly email within 1 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 1 days will not be entertained. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packing via email ([email protected]). In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.
- For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.
- Out of Stock
- We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time to time we may sell out situation for a particular item. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and you may choose for a refund or replace with other item or wait for the new stock arrives.
- Aloe Vera Malaysia.com reserved the rights to cancel or reject any transaction.
- Return Policy
- Every product will be check and ensure all items are in good condition before send out.
- Items must be return in the original condition including all items, boxes, and packing material.
- Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained. Customers need to submit the request within 7 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 7 days will not be entertained.
- Free gift
- For free gift given, we reserved the right to change the gift without any further notification to the customer.
